Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

A free trial has no refundable value. If a special paid assessment or trial is arranged, the conditions communicated at booking will apply.

2. Refund Before Lessons Begin

A full refund may be requested within seven calendar days of payment, provided that no paid lesson has been used and no non-cancellable personalised service has been delivered.

3. Refund After the Program Begins

After lessons begin, a refund may be requested for the unused balance. The refund is calculated after deducting delivered or chargeable lessons and any non-refundable transfer or processing fees.

4. Completed Lessons

Lessons already delivered are non-refundable, including lessons attended in full or in part.

5. Student Absence and Late Cancellation

A cancellation or rescheduling request should be made at least six hours before the lesson. A later cancellation or no-show may be charged in full, subject to emergencies accepted by the Academy.

6. Academy or Teacher Cancellation

If the Academy or teacher cancels a lesson, a replacement time or lesson credit will be provided without deducting the lesson from the student’s balance.

7. Packages and Discounts

For a partial refund of a discounted package, used lessons may be recalculated at the standard lesson rate before the remaining balance is refunded. Free bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value.

8. Teacher or Program Changes

Before requesting a refund, students may request a different teacher, schedule or program. We will try to provide a suitable alternative where available.

9. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing usually takes seven to fourteen business days after approval, with additional time sometimes required by banks or payment providers.

10. How to Submit a Request

Please include the student name, parent name, payment date, amount, reason for the request and payment method.
