The Academy provides live online Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies lessons, assessments, progress tracking and educational reports. Program content, lesson duration and frequency depend on the agreed plan.

Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of Anas Bin Malik Academy’s website and educational services. By using the website or enrolling in a program, the student or parent agrees to these terms.

Accurate and current information must be provided during registration. A parent or guardian is responsible for registering a minor and informing the Academy of relevant learning or accessibility needs.
3. Free Trial
The free trial is intended for introduction, level assessment and program recommendation. It does not guarantee a permanent time slot or a particular teacher until enrolment is confirmed.
4. Scheduling and Attendance
Students must attend at the agreed time using a suitable device and internet connection. Schedule changes should be requested in advance. Late attendance or absence without adequate notice may be counted according to the Refund and Rescheduling Policy.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable according to the agreed plan and billing period. Bank or payment-provider charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. A booking is not confirmed until payment or administrative approval is completed.
6. Conduct
Students and parents must treat teachers, staff and other learners respectfully. Harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorised recording or redistribution of lesson content may result in suspension or termination.
7. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
Academy-owned materials, designs, curricula and recordings are provided for the student’s personal educational use. They may not be copied, sold, published or commercially reused without written permission.
8. Learning Outcomes
The Academy provides professional instruction and an appropriate learning plan. Progress also depends on attendance, practice, homework and individual ability, so a specific result or completion period cannot be guaranteed.
9. Technology and External Services
Lessons and communications may use external services such as Zoom and WhatsApp. Temporary disruption may occur because of internet or third-party platform issues. Where reasonably possible, the Academy will reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.
10. Suspension and Termination
The Academy may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, repeated misconduct or misuse. Students may cancel according to the Refund Policy published on the website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not responsible for failures caused by the student’s equipment, internet connection or third-party applications, or for indirect losses exceeding the amount paid for the disputed service period.
12. Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated when programs, payment methods or operations change. The published version applies when the service is used, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
